Meadowvale Islamic center (MIC) is an upcoming organization which seeks to obtain the pleasure of Allah (SWT) through working for the establishment of Islam in all spheres of life. MIC has many programs and activities which are designed to help all Muslims in molding and reforming their life style according to Islamic values. The centre is committed to provide all Muslims despite their ethnic or language background a true Islamic environment where they can practice Islam. It is not only a place of worship but also provides councillor services for our fellow muslims to overcome their social problems. We welcome all muslim men, women and youth to assemble, discuss and seek advice from the fellow muslims in regard to their family, social and financial issues focusing on the local community of the Meadowvale area. MIC is dedicated to nurturing the Muslim youth – the personality of a Muslim who is sincere, spiritual, truthful and honest. A Muslim who practices Islam at all times and places.

Meadowvale Islamic Centre is located at 6508 Winston Churchill Blvd. in Mississauga, Ontario and was founded in 2002. Meadowvale Islamic Centre Inc. was registered as a Charity under Income Tax Act on April 15th, 2004 and its Charity’s Business Number is 861881670 RR0001. All donations are tax deductible.

Property Ownership:
The land comprises of two adjacent lots of equal size, purchased at different times but re-zoned in 2015 to become one land. Ownership of this land is held under the trust and registered under the land title “Meadowvale Islamic Centre Inc”.
Organizational Structure:
The organizational structure of Meadowvale Islamic Centre Inc. (MIC) consists of 5 Board of Executive Directors and 3 Board of Trustees. All officials are elected by members. They are mandated by members to manage the charity affairs in accordance with the MIC constitution & by-laws in a transparent and accountable manner. All officials are serving the organization on a voluntary basis and maintain an Arm’s Length.
Finances:
For any charity organization, the utmost importance, is the management of its finances with transparency and accountability. Meadowvale Islamic Centre maintains transparency by providing all details about its funds collection and expenditure to its members in the yearly Annual General Body Meeting and maintains accountability through yearly financial audits.
